Laura M. Moynihan
Falmouth Housing Trust’s Executive Director
Laura M. Moynihan, a resident of Falmouth, is a 1990 graduate of the University of British Columbia where she earned her law degree (L.L.B). She was admitted as an attorney to practice law in British Columbia in 1991 and the state and federal courts of Massachusetts in 1995. Laura had been in private law practice in Falmouth since 1995 and served as counsel for the Falmouth Housing Trust for 18 years before working in her current position as Executive Director for the Falmouth Housing Trust. She has extensive experience in real estate law, zoning and land use law, including affordable housing financing and development.

A resident of Falmouth, Kate is a 1992 graduate of Tufts University where she earned a bachelor’s degree in History, and returned 30 years later to earn a Masters in Law and Diplomacy from Tufts’ Fletcher School.
Kate’s experience includes work in government, nonprofits, development and academia. She served as Executive Director of the ROCK Educational Cooperative whose mission was to attract and train a local workforce on the south shore for new industries. She was Director of Advancement Operations at Riverview School on Cape Cod, a school for students with diverse learning needs. Kate has also spent some of her career working abroad: in London fundraising for public and private charities, and in New Zealand working for a parliamentary agency.

Falmouth Housing Trust’s Administrative Assistant
A resident of Mashpee, Massachusetts, Dasia is a graduate of Bridgewater State University, where she earned her degree in Communication Studies with a minor in U.S. Indigenous Studies, graduating Cum Laude. Dasia has experience in communications, digital marketing, public relations, website development, and content production. Beyond her professional work, Dasia is an active citizen of the Mashpee Wampanoag Tribe and continues to support initiatives focused on Native youth, culture, storytelling, and community leadership. With deep ties to Cape Cod and the local community, Dasia is passionate about assisting those who call this area home.

Tammy Rausch is an experienced operations and business transformation leader with a background in financial services, global operations, and strategic planning. Tammy has held leadership roles at companies including Fidelity Investments and State Street Bank & Trust, where she led large teams, improved operational processes, and managed global client relationships. Tammy is also active in community volunteering, supporting local organizations including Make a Wish, Hand in Hand Thrift Shop, and Next Chapter Book Club.
