SECURING AFFORDABILITY
ONE HOME AT A TIME

Through our Home Buy Down program, the Falmouth Housing Trust buys market rate homes and turns them into community assets.

How our Buy Down Program Works:

  1. We purchase homes at market rates using contributions from our donors and the Town of Falmouth Affordable Housing Fund.
  2. The Home is re-sold in a few months to a working family at a significantly reduced price.
  3. The home is restricted on resale to the new buyer as affordable and attainable housing.
