The Need for Affordable Workforce Housing
Falmouth Housing Trust is an independent nonprofit organization. The Trust is not affiliated with the Town of Falmouth or other housing organizations, but collaborates with them to promote and develop affordable work force housing in our community.
With an eye toward small, strategic projects, we acquire properties and create housing to fit into the landscape of our community. Our housing is rented or sold to qualifying, working individuals at affordable prices.

FHT is looking for
DONATIONS of LAND
or HOUSING!
Please make the creation of Affordable Workforce Housing Possible.
Every donation supports our young residents and families who are essential to keeping our community vibrant and economically strong.
In addition to monetary donations, FHT welcomes gifts of land, existing housing, and “bargain sales” of existing housing for tax benefit purposes.
Don’t forget, donating real estate may give you the opportunity to avoid capital gains taxes!
FHT is a 501(c)(3) tax exempt organization.
“Where we love is home, home that our feet may leave, but not our hearts.”
