Project Overview

  • Homes to be sold to low-moderate income working Falmouth families who qualify for their own mortgage, have a modest down-payment saved, and have good credit,
  • Houses built to the Energy Star standard utilizing green energy elements wherever possible including solar energy as funding allows,
  • One of the three houses will be visitable, adhering to 3-accessibility requirements:
    • one zero-step entrance (ramp),
    • doors with 32 inches of clear passage space (wider doorways),
    • one bathroom accessible by wheelchair,
  • Two Cape Cod style houses, and one ranch style house will be built that blend in with the surrounding neighborhood and will include height restrictions of  1 ½ stories tall,
